1. शर्तों की स्वीकृति (Acceptance of Terms)

भगवा भारत ध्वज फाउंडेशन की सेवाओं का उपयोग करने से पहले, आप पुष्टि करते हैं कि आप 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के हैं और इन शर्तों का पालन करने के लिए कानूनी रूप से सक्षम हैं। By using Bhagwa Bharat Dhwaj Foundation's services, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of complying with these terms.

2. खाता पंजीकरण (Account Registration)

• आप पंजीकरण के समय सटीक और पूर्ण जानकारी प्रदान करने के लिए सहमत हैं / You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• आप अपने खाते के क्रेडेंशियल्स की गोपनीयता के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं / You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• एक से अधिक खाते बनाना, फर्जी पहचान का उपयोग करना प्रतिबंधित है / Creating multiple accounts or using false identity is prohibited
• हम किसी भी समय बिना कारण बताए खाते को निलंबित या समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं / We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion

3. सेवाओं का उपयोग (Use of Services)

भगवा भारत ध्वज फाउंडेशन हिंदुत्व के सिद्धांतों को बढ़ावा देने, भगवा ध्वज वितरण और संबंधित गतिविधियों के लिए समर्पित है। उपयोगकर्ता हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग केवल वैध और शांतिपूर्ण उद्देश्यों के लिए कर सकते हैं। Bhagwa Bharat Dhwaj Foundation is dedicated to promoting Hindu cultural principles, saffron flag distribution and related activities. Users may use our services only for lawful and peaceful purposes.

आप इन गतिविधियों में संलग्न नहीं होंगे / You will NOT engage in:

• किसी भी अवैध, हानिकारक या धोखाधड़ी गतिविधि / Any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• घृणास्पद, अपमानजनक या भड़काऊ सामग्री पोस्ट करना / Posting hateful, defamatory, or inflammatory content
• हमारे सिस्टम तक अनधिकृत पहुँच या उसमें बाधा डालना / Unauthorized access or interference with our systems
• अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं को परेशान करना या स्पैम भेजना / Harassing other users or sending spam
• हमारे ट्रेडमार्क, लोगो या ब्रांडिंग का अनधिकृत उपयोग / Unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or branding

4. उत्पाद और ऑर्डर (Products & Orders)

• सभी उत्पाद विवरण, मूल्य और उपलब्धता बिना सूचना के बदलाव के अधीन हैं / All product details, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice
• ऑर्डर देने पर, यह स्वीकार करने के अधीन है — हम तकनीकी त्रुटियों या स्टॉक की कमी के कारण ऑर्डर रद्द कर सकते हैं / Orders are subject to acceptance; we may cancel orders due to technical errors or stock unavailability
• डिलीवरी का समय अनुमानित है और देरी के लिए हम जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं / Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays
• उत्पाद की छवियाँ केवल संदर्भ के लिए हैं — वास्तविक उत्पाद थोड़ा भिन्न हो सकता है / Product images are for reference; actual products may slightly differ

5. भुगतान शर्तें (Payment Terms)

सभी भुगतान सुरक्षित भुगतान गेटवे के माध्यम से किए जाते हैं। ऑर्डर तभी संसाधित होगा जब भुगतान पूरी तरह से प्राप्त हो जाएगा। सभी कीमतें भारतीय रुपये (₹) में हैं और लागू करों सहित हैं जब तक अन्यथा न कहा गया हो। All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Orders are processed only after full payment is received. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. रिफंड और रद्दीकरण (Refunds & Cancellations)

7. बौद्धिक संपदा (Intellectual Property)

8. दायित्व की सीमा (Limitation of Liability)

11. खाता समाप्ति (Account Termination)

हम इन शर्तों के उल्लंघन, अवैध गतिविधि, या किसी भी अन्य कारण से, बिना सूचना के, किसी भी समय आपके खाते तक पहुँच को निलंबित या समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or any other reason.
